**Hyderabad, November 24, 2024** – A month-old infant boy, kidnapped from Niloufer Children’s Hospital on Saturday, has been safely recovered by the Nampally Police. Three individuals – Shaheen Begum (28), Abdulla (35), and Reshma (30) – have been arrested in connection with the abduction.

According to police reports, the child’s mother, Haseena Begum, was distracted by Shaheen Begum while leaving the hospital, allowing the abduction to occur. Swift action by the Nampally Police, utilizing CCTV footage, led to the apprehension of the suspects near the Pullur Toll Plaza in Jogulamba Gadwal district. The child was found unharmed in their vehicle and has been reunited with his mother.

Police investigations reveal that Abdulla and Reshma, who already have three daughters, orchestrated the kidnapping in their desire for a son. Shaheen Begum, Abdulla’s sister-in-law, acted as an accomplice. The three are currently in police custody facing charges related to the kidnapping.
