**Dubai, UAE/Jerusalem, Israel –** An Israeli rabbi, Zvi Kogan, who worked for the Chabad Lubavitch organization in the United Arab Emirates, has been found murdered, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office announced Sunday.
