Sun Nov 24 09:33:55 UTC 2024: ## Zimbabwe Stumbles to 126/7 in First ODI Against Pakistan

**Bulawayo, Zimbabwe:** Pakistan’s bowlers dominated the first One Day International (ODI) against Zimbabwe at the Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo. At the 26-over mark, Zimbabwe found themselves struggling at 126/7.

Sikandar Raza (11 runs) and Richard Ngarava (1 run) were at the crease, attempting to salvage the innings. The run rate was a sluggish 4.85 runs per over.

Earlier, Zimbabwe suffered a series of wickets, losing key batsmen at regular intervals. Brian Bennett’s 20 runs was a relative high point, before he was dismissed. Sean Williams, with a brief but aggressive 23 runs, also fell victim to the Pakistani bowling attack. Several other batsmen contributed little to the score.

Pakistan’s bowlers, Faisal Akram (3 wickets) and Aamer Jamal (2 wickets) were particularly effective, consistently putting pressure on the Zimbabwean batsmen. Mohammad Hasnain also chipped in with important breakthroughs.

The match continues, and the outcome remains uncertain. However, Zimbabwe face a challenging task to reach a competitive total after this shaky start.
