Sun Nov 24 12:50:32 UTC 2024: ## Daughter of Spiritual Leader Kripalu Maharaj Dies in Expressway Crash
**NOIDA, INDIA** – Vishakha Tripathi, 75, daughter of spiritual leader Kripalu Maharaj, was killed in a road accident on Sunday morning. Tripathi, along with two sisters and five others, was traveling from Vrindavan to Delhi via the Yamuna Expressway en route to Singapore when their cars were struck by a truck in the Dankaur area.
Eight people were seriously injured in the collision, including all three of Maharaj’s daughters. While Tripathi succumbed to her injuries at a Noida hospital, her sisters, Krishna and Shyama Tripathi, remain hospitalized in serious condition along with five others. Police are investigating the accident and have sent Tripathi’s body for a post-mortem. The Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat issued a statement confirming Tripathi’s death and announced that her last rites will be performed in Vrindavan.
