**Jeddah, Saudi Arabia** – The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 mega auction will be held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on November 24th and 25th, the league announced. A total of 577 players, including 318 uncapped Indian players and 210 international players, will be up for grabs as the ten franchises look to fill 201 roster spots.

The auction, commencing at 3:30 PM IST on both days at the Abady Al-Johar Arena, will see Punjab Kings enter with the largest purse, while Rajasthan Royals will have the smallest budget. Twelve top players will be auctioned first, divided into two groups, followed by the remaining capped and uncapped players.

This marks the second time the IPL auction will be held outside India, following last year’s event in Dubai. Fans can watch the action live on Star Sports (TV) and Jio Cinema (online streaming).

The IPL 2025 season itself is scheduled to begin on March 14th, 2025, culminating in the final on May 25th.
