**New Delhi, October 26, 2024** – The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) have released crucial guidelines for the upcoming Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024, scheduled for November 24th. The exam will be administered in three sessions: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM, and 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM. Admit cards are available for download at iimcat.ac.in.

Candidates must carefully review the information on their admit cards, including reporting times, and exam center details. They are required to bring a printed copy of their admit card, along with an original government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card, PAN card, or passport). A recent photograph, identical to the one uploaded during application, must be affixed to the admit card.

**Prohibited Items:** Candidates are strictly prohibited from bringing mobile phones, electronic devices (including watches and calculators), jewelry containing metal, footwear with thick soles, garments with large buttons, and personal stationery. Only one pen and scribble pad will be provided by the examination center, and these must be returned at the end of the exam. Keyboard use is forbidden; only the mouse is permitted for navigating the online exam.

**Post-Exam Procedures:** Upon completion of the exam, candidates must deposit their admit card and provided stationery in designated drop boxes. Furthermore, all candidates must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, pledging not to share any information about the exam content.
