**CHITTOOR, November 23, 2024** – A district-level youth festival, “Yuva Utsav,” will be held in Chittoor on November 26th at the Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology (SVCET), District Collector Sumit Kumar announced on Saturday.

The festival, a collaboration between the Government of India and Nehru Yuva Kendras nationwide, will feature a range of competitions for participants aged 15 to 29. These include painting, essay writing, poetry, photography, science fair projects, sculpture, and dance.
