**Hyderabad, November 22, 2024** – The Indian School of Business (ISB) in Hyderabad has received a significant boost to its infrastructure development thanks to a ₹30 crore corporate social responsibility (CSR) gift from the Ramoji Foundation. The donation will fund the construction of a 430-seater auditorium as part of a new executive centre on the Hyderabad campus.
The state-of-the-art facility will enhance the ISB’s ability to host large-scale academic events, including international conferences, research seminars, and distinguished lectures. The announcement was made via a press release on Thursday.
Ramoji Foundation Trustee Ch. Kiron stated that the gift honors the memory of media baron Ramoji Rao, who passed away in June. The new auditorium, Kiron explained, will serve as a central hub for academic discourse and knowledge exchange, contributing to a stronger Indian economy.
ISB Board Chairperson Harish Manwani and Dean Madan Pillutla expressed gratitude to the Ramoji Foundation for their generous contribution. The new auditorium is expected to significantly improve the ISB’s capacity for hosting major academic events.
