**New Delhi, [Date of Publication]:** The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced the results for the Probationary Officer (PO) Preliminary Examination 2024. Candidates can check their results on the official IBPS website, ibps.in.

The preliminary exam was held on October 19th and 20th, 2024. Successful candidates will now proceed to the Mains examination, scheduled for November 30th. Admit cards for the Mains exam will be released soon. A total of 4,455 positions for Probationary Officer/Management Trainee are to be filled through this recruitment process.

The IBPS website provides instructions on accessing the results: candidates need to visit ibps.in, click on the IBPS PO Prelims Result link, enter the required information, and submit to view their scorecard.

The recruitment process also includes an interview carrying 100 marks. A minimum of 40% marks is required for general category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates to qualify for the interview stage. Applications for this recruitment drive were accepted in August.
