**Ahmedabad, India –** British rock band Coldplay will make history on January 25th, 2025, with their largest-ever concert at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, India. The show, part of their ongoing Music of the Spheres world tour, will see the band perform for a capacity crowd of 132,000 – the largest stadium in the world.
The announcement, made today via Coldplay’s social media, promises a “mystery guest” joining the band on stage. Tickets go on sale November 16th at 12 p.m. IST. The Ahmedabad concert is one of several Asian dates scheduled for the tour, which will also include numerous North American shows next year.
Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres tour, launched in 2022, supports their album of the same name and its recently released companion, *Music of the Spheres Vol. II: Moon Music*. The band recently concluded a leg of the tour in Australia and New Zealand, where frontman Chris Martin experienced a minor mishap, falling through a stage trapdoor during a performance.
The band’s upcoming performances follow their recent appearance on Saturday Night Live, where they performed tracks from *Moon Music*.
