**KOCHI, INDIA – November 19, 2024** – A 34-year-old man, Francis Xavier, and his 29-year-old wife, Maria Tisma, were arrested early Monday morning in Thoppumpady, Kochi, India, on charges of possessing 20.01 grams of MDMA. The arrests were made by a police team led by Thoppumpady principal sub inspector Jinsen Dominic at the woman’s residence in Mundamveli. Both Xavier and Tisma were subsequently presented before a court and remanded into custody.
