**Patna, November 18:** The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced the results for the Bihar Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2024. The results are available on the official BSEB website, secondary.biharboardonline.com and bsebstet.com. Candidates can check their results using their registration number, roll number, and date of birth.

A total of 194,697 candidates cleared Paper 1 (for classes 9 and 10), achieving a pass percentage of 73.77%. For Paper 2 (classes 11 and 12), 103,050 candidates passed, with a pass percentage of 64.44%. Overall, 70.25% of candidates passed both papers across 49 subjects.

Successful candidates are eligible for the fourth phase of the teacher recruitment process. The exam, conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode, comprised Paper 1 for 16 subjects and Paper 2 for 29 subjects. All successful candidates will receive a lifelong valid certificate.

The exam was held in two phases: March 1-20 and September 10-30, 2024. This year’s pass percentage (70.25%) is slightly lower than the 79.79% recorded in 2023, when 300,726 candidates passed out of 428,387 registered candidates. Further details are available on the Bihar Board website.
