**Lucknow, [Date of Publication]** – The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has announced the dates for the 2025 class 10th and 12th board examinations. The exams will be held from February 24th to March 12th, 2025, spanning a total of 12 days. This was announced by UPMSP Secretary Bhagwati Singh on Monday evening.

A total of 54,38,597 students will be appearing for the exams, with 27,40,151 in class 10th and 26,98,446 in class 12th. High school exams will begin with Hindi and Prarambhik Hindi, while intermediate exams will commence with Military Science. Practical exams are scheduled for December and January.

This year’s schedule is slightly different from 2024, when exams were held from February 22nd to March 9th. To ensure fair and cheat-free exams, the board is implementing stringent measures, including establishing control rooms at the board headquarters, divisional, and state levels, and employing online CCTV surveillance.

Secretary Singh, who is overseeing his first board exams, expressed confidence in the smooth and fair conduct of the examinations and emphasized the effective implementation of anti-cheating strategies to maintain exam integrity.
