**Aurangabad, Maharashtra:** Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party leader Pawan Kalyan launched a scathing attack on the Owaisi brothers during his two-day campaign for the BJP in Maharashtra’s upcoming assembly elections. Kalyan, known for his staunch advocacy of Sanātana Dharma, is campaigning in the state on October 16th and 17th.
Speaking at a rally in Deglur, Kalyan lauded Maharashtra’s history, mentioning prominent figures like Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, Rani Lakshmibai, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, and Balasaheb Thackeray. He expressed his commitment to Sanātana Dharma, aligning his party’s ideology with the BJP’s. He highlighted the BJP-led central government’s achievements, including the revocation of Article 370, the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, and various welfare schemes. He also emphasized infrastructure development projects undertaken by the government, citing the construction of the Samruddhi Expressway as a key example.
Kalyan’s sharpest criticism was reserved for the Owaisi brothers, whom he accused of indirectly inciting controversy during their recent election campaigning. He condemned those seeking to divide the nation, referencing past instances where he felt threatened and comparing his current fight for dharma to his on-screen roles. He urged voters to support the NDA candidate in Deglur, emphasizing the importance of unity to secure a victory for the alliance.
