Butler, PA – Pennsylvania’s unemployment rate remained unchanged at a historically low 3.4% in October, according to the latest figures from the Department of Labor. This marks the 13th consecutive month at this rate, the longest such period on record for the state. The national unemployment rate also held steady at 4.1%.
