Sat Nov 16 20:10:09 IST 2024: ## Tirumala’s Karthika Vana Bhojanam Moved Indoors Due to Heavy Rain Warning
**TIRUMALA, November 16, 2024** – The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) announced today that the annual Karthika Vana Bhojanam program, scheduled for Sunday, November 17th, has been relocated to the Vaibhavotsava Mandapam. This decision follows heavy rainfall warnings issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD). The event, which typically takes place outdoors, will now be held in the mandapam, located opposite the hill temple. The program includes the ‘Snapana Tirumanjanam’ ritual, where processional deities are ritually bathed. In response to the weather forecast, the TTD has also cancelled several scheduled arjitha sevas, including the Kalyanotsavam, Unjal Seva, Arjitha Brahmotsavam, and Sahasra Deepalankara Seva.
