**Patna, Bihar – November 15, 2024** – The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) is expected to release the results for the Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE) 3.0 soon. The results, for the recruitment of teachers across classes 1-12, will be published on the BPSC’s official website, bpsc.bih.nic.in.

Over 581,305 candidates applied for the exam, which was originally scheduled for March but was postponed due to a paper leak. The exam was subsequently re-administered successfully.

The results for classes 1-5 and 6-8 are expected to be released first, followed by those for classes 9-12 at a later date. The release of the results for classes 9-12 has been slightly delayed due to the ongoing revision of the roster for TGT and PGT positions.

A total of 25,505 primary school teacher positions (classes 1-5) and 18,973 middle school teacher positions (classes 6-8) are to be filled. An additional 210 primary and 126 middle school teacher positions are available in schools under the SC and ST Welfare Department.

The results will be released according to the 50% reservation policy, after a court ruling overturned the previously implemented 65% reservation. BPSC Secretary Prakash Sharma stated that the results will be announced within a week based on the revised roster.

Candidates can access their results by visiting the BPSC website and logging in with their credentials. They are advised to download and save a copy of their results for future reference.
