**Varanasi, India** – The recently celebrated Dev Deepawali festival in Varanasi saw a unique display of diyas (oil lamps) on Pandey Ghat that formed the shape of the slogan, “Divide and Conquer” (बंटोगे तो कटोगे). The striking image, created using thousands of lit lamps, attracted significant attention from onlookers who photographed the spectacle.
While the city’s 84 ghats were illuminated with millions of diyas as part of the grand festival, which also included fireworks and a laser show, the “Divide and Conquer” display became a focal point of discussion.
The creator of the display, Sunil Kumar, told ABP News that the message was intended to promote national unity and a sense of shared responsibility among citizens. He emphasized the importance of everyone contributing to nation-building and avoiding division.
