Navaneeth, sharing his personal journey from engineering graduate to leading a major publication group, illustrated how embracing new challenges and learning from unexpected sources fueled his career growth. He cited his experience in Indonesia, where mastering the local language and customs proved vital to his success. He stressed the importance of identifying customer needs and understanding their behavior, even in traditional media like print.
The lecture also explored the evolving dynamics of team collaboration and communication in the digital age. The annual lecture honors Professor S. Bashiruddin, a prominent figure in communication and journalism education, who served as Professor and Head of the Department of Communication and Journalism at Osmania University, Vice Chancellor of Dr. B.R.
