Arlington, TX – Luxury apartments are now available in Arlington, offering residents a unique living experience near the city’s Entertainment District. “One Rangers Way,” developed by Cordish Living, boasts 24-hour front desk staff, two resident-exclusive bars, a pool, and a Zen Garden.

While construction is ongoing, units are already being leased, with some renters already lined up, including former Arlington Mayor Richard Greene and Prince Lebanese restaurant owner Aziz Kobty.

A one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, around 800 square feet, is expected to cost nearly $2,100 per month. The location is a major draw, being just across the street from Choctaw Stadium and a 15-minute walk from Globe Life Field.

The complex also pays homage to Texas Rangers legends, with floor plans named after heroes like Adrian Beltre, Pudge Rodriguez, and, as announced recently, radio announcer Eric Nadel.

This new development aligns with Arlington’s vision for a connected Downtown and Entertainment District, promoting walkability and attracting more residents and businesses.

The city is already witnessing the transformation of parts of Choctaw Stadium into restaurants and bars, with more planned for the future.
