**Chandigarh, India:** Haryana fast bowler Anshul Kamboj etched his name in the history books of Indian first-class cricket on Wednesday, becoming the sixth Indian to claim a 10-wicket haul in an innings.

Kamboj achieved this feat during the Ranji Trophy match against Kerala, dismissing all 10 batsmen for a mere 49 runs. This remarkable performance also sets a new record for the best bowling figures by a Haryana bowler in the Ranji Trophy.

Kamboj’s historic spell was witnessed by cricket fans on Day 3 of the Ranji Trophy, where a number of other matches also saw significant action.

Baroda secured a comprehensive victory over Maharashtra, winning by an innings and 261 runs. Punjab also triumphed over Assam by an innings and 67 runs. Meanwhile, Goa recorded a dominant victory over Sikkim, winning by an innings and 551 runs.

Other matches saw contrasting fortunes. Bengal leads by 337 runs over Thunder, while Puducherry trails by 168 runs against Andhra. Delhi faces a steep deficit of 331 runs against Services, and Uttarakhand finds themselves trailing by a mammoth 441 runs against Uttar Pradesh.
