Fri Nov 15 17:56:36 UTC 2024: ## England Thrash West Indies in Second T20I, Take 2-0 Series Lead

**Bridgetown, Barbados:** England dominated the second T20 International against the West Indies at Kensington Oval, securing a convincing seven-wicket victory and taking a commanding 2-0 lead in the five-match series. Captain Jos Buttler led the charge with a blistering 83 off 45 balls, studded with eight fours and six sixes, powering England to victory in just 14.5 overs.

England’s off-spinner, Dan Mousley, also impressed on his debut, delivering a stunning performance that included two crucial wickets for 29 runs. His highlight was a remarkable yorker that bowled West Indies captain Rovman Powell at 117 KMPH – a feat particularly surprising given its delivery by a spinner. This was Mousley’s first T20I wicket, and he later dismissed Romario Shepherd as well.

West Indies, batting first after losing the toss, managed 158/8. Buttler’s explosive innings, however, ensured England chased down the target with ease. The fourth T20I is scheduled for November 14th in St. Lucia.
