**Amaravati, November 13, 2024:** The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has announced the postponement of the Group-2 Mains examination to February 23rd. This decision comes after numerous requests from candidates who cited uncertainty surrounding the exam date and scheduling conflicts with other competitive exams.
The exam was initially scheduled for January 5th, as per the earlier notification. However, candidates expressed concerns about the lack of sufficient preparation time due to the late announcement and overlapping exam schedules.
Recognizing the validity of these concerns, the APPSC has decided to reschedule the Group-2 Mains to February 23rd, giving candidates ample time to adequately prepare. This postponement will allow students to focus on their preparation without the added pressure of multiple overlapping exams.
