**Bikaner:** The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) is planning to conduct practical examinations for Class 12 students in the first week of January, aligning with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) schedule.
This decision is driven by the upcoming REET 2024 exam and the need to avoid any clash with the regular board examinations.
In the past, the RBSE conducted practical examinations for regular students until mid-February. However, this year, the board plans to finalize the practical exams in January to accommodate the REET exam, which will be held in February. This also aims to create a clear timeline for the regular board exams.
The RBSE is expected to announce the official dates for practical exams soon.
It is estimated that over 3 lakh students will participate in the practical examinations for subjects like science and arts in Class 12. The move to advance the practical exams is likely to create a smoother academic calendar for students and the board.
