**Los Angeles, CA** – Paramount Network has announced the highly anticipated premiere date for “1923,” the latest addition to the popular “Yellowstone” universe. The prequel series will debut on **Sunday, December 8th** following a new episode of “Yellowstone” season 5, part 2.
“1923” follows the Dutton family in the early 20th century, navigating a tumultuous period marked by pandemics, drought, and the end of Prohibition. The series stars **Harrison Ford** as Jacob Dutton, the patriarch, and **Helen Mirren** as Cara Dutton, the matriarch, as they lead their family through these challenging times.
The cast also features **Brandon Sklenar, Julia Schlaepfer, Jerome Flynn, Darren Mann, Brian Geraghty, Aminah Nieves,** and **Michelle Randolph**.
