**JOHANNESBURG:** With the India-South Africa T20 series tied at 1-1, all eyes are on the final match in a do-or-die encounter for both teams. Ahead of the crucial game, South African batsman Heinrich Klassen has declared India’s Suryakumar Yadav as the “Greatest of All Time” in the T20 format.
Klassen, known for his explosive batting, expressed his admiration for Yadav during an interview with Jio Cinema. When asked about the current T20 GOAT, Klassen immediately named Yadav. He also revealed his desire to emulate the “scoop shot” made famous by AB de Villiers and David Miller.
Interestingly, Yadav has struggled to replicate his usual power-hitting form in the series thus far. Despite a stellar performance against Bangladesh, he has failed to make a significant impact against the Proteas, managing only 21 runs in the first match and failing to reach double figures in the second.
India started the T20 series strong but faltered in the second match. They were bundled out for a paltry 125 runs, and despite South Africa’s shaky start, they managed to win the match by 3 wickets.
