Launched in January 2015, Vistara will cease to operate as a separate entity from Tuesday, becoming a part of the Air India brand under the Tata Group.
Following the merger, the Tata Group will have two airline brands: Air India as the full-service carrier and Air India Express as the low-cost carrier.
