Sun Nov 10 17:00:00 UTC 2024: ## Miller’s Stunner Sends India Stumbling in Second T20I

**Port Elizabeth, South Africa:** David Miller pulled off a spectacular catch to dismiss Indian batsman Tilak Varma during the second T20I between South Africa and India at St George’s Oval on Sunday.

Varma, who was batting on a run-a-ball 20, was caught by Miller, who plucked the ball out of mid-air with a stunning one-handed grab. The catch sent Varma back to the pavilion and left the Indian team reeling at 94/5.

The Proteas had already made an early dent in the Indian batting line-up, dismissing opener Sanju Samson for a duck in the first over. Abhishek Sharma (4) and skipper Suryakumar Yadav (4) followed soon after, leaving India struggling at 17/3.

Despite a brief 30-run stand between Tilak and Axar Patel (27), South Africa continued to apply pressure, ultimately restricting India to 124/6 in their allotted 20 overs. Hardik Pandya top-scored for India with an unbeaten 39 runs off 45 balls.

The hosts, who won the toss and opted to field, will be looking to take a 2-0 lead in the series with a win in the second T20I.
