These promises, unveiled at a rally in Mumbai, aim to attract voters with a focus on women’s empowerment, farmer welfare, and youth unemployment.

* **Mahalakshmi Yojana:** A monthly cash benefit of ₹3,000 and free bus service for women.
* **Farmer Welfare:** Loan waiver of up to ₹3 lakh and an incentive of ₹50,000 on loan repayment.
* **Health Insurance:** Coverage of up to ₹25 lakh and free medicines.
* **Unemployment Wage:** Monthly payment of ₹4,000 for jobless youth.
* **Caste Census & Reservation:** Conducting a caste census in Maharashtra and removing the 50% ceiling on reservations.
