**GUWAHATI:** Ahead of the upcoming Chhath Puja celebrations on November 7th and 8th, the Guwahati Police Commissioner has issued a comprehensive advisory emphasizing safety, security, and environmental consciousness.

Organizers of public gatherings are mandated to obtain permission from local police stations and ensure adherence to safety guidelines at each location.
