Thu Nov 07 07:02:54 UTC 2024: ## Hero Motors Unveils Upgraded Mavrick 440 at EICMA 2024

Hero Motors made a splash at EICMA 2024, showcasing four new products alongside a premium-looking update to their popular Mavrick 440 motorcycle. This revamped version, featuring upgraded aesthetics and a new console, is expected to hit Indian shores soon.

The updated Mavrick 440 boasts a sleek, glossy grey paint scheme with black graphics and stands out with its inverted front forks, reminiscent of the Harley Davidson X440, contributing to a more muscular appearance. Another notable change is the adoption of a vertically stacked TFT console, borrowing inspiration from its Harley sibling, though with a unique layout to maintain its distinct identity.

Despite these changes, the Mavrick 440 retains its core features. The kerb weight has been slightly reduced from 191 kg to 189 kg, while the 440cc, air and oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine remains unchanged, delivering 27 hp and 36 Nm of peak torque. The 6-speed transmission is also unchanged and continues to benefit from an assist and slipper clutch. Key components like the trellis frame, 17-inch alloys, 803 mm seat height, and 175 mm ground clearance remain untouched.

The updated Mavrick 440 is anticipated to launch in the Indian market soon, potentially making its debut at the Hero World Event 2025 scheduled for early next year. The price is expected to see a slight increase of Rs 10,000 to Rs 12,000 over the current version.
