**Hyderabad, India** – Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has extended his congratulations to JD Vance on his victory as the US Vice President-elect, highlighting the historic moment for Usha Chilukuri Vance, who will become the first woman of Telugu heritage to serve as the Second Lady of the United States.
