Pop icon Beyoncé celebrated Halloween with a playful tribute to actress Pamela Anderson, paying homage to some of Anderson’s most iconic looks. In several Instagram posts, Beyoncé donned a platinum blonde wig and recreated outfits from Anderson’s “Barb Wire” movie, the 1999 MTV VMAs, and, most notably, the iconic red “Baywatch” swimsuit, which she customized with the playful “Beywatch” lettering.
Beyoncé further accentuated the homage by dancing and singing to “Bodyguard” from her latest album “Cowboy Carter” while dressed in each of the looks. She also subtly reminded fans about the importance of voting by holding a flag that read “vote!” in one of the photos.
Pamela Anderson acknowledged and praised Beyoncé’s tribute, writing “LOVE” in the comments section of one post. She also shared a photo of Beyoncé in her “Barb Wire” look on her Instagram Stories with the caption “Don’t call me bey…”, referencing a famous line from the movie.
