**Hyderabad, India:** U Mumba secured a hard-fought 42-40 victory over Patna Pirates in a thrilling encounter at the GMCB Indoor Stadium in Gachibowli, Hyderabad on Wednesday. The match was a see-saw battle, with both teams trading blows throughout the game.

Ajit was the star performer for U Mumba, delivering an impressive 19 raid points in 18 raids. He registered two Super Raids, including one that led to Patna Pirates’ first All-Out of the game. Ajit’s dominance propelled U Mumba into the lead at the end of the first half (24-21).

Patna Pirates, however, were not to be denied. The young raiding duo of Devank and Ayan gave them a strong start, with Devank eventually reaching his Super 10 with a gutsy Super Raid.

The final moments of the match were nerve-wracking, with the score tied at 40-40. Ajit then stepped up once again, leveling the score and forcing Patna Pirates to their last player. Ultimately, U Mumba clinched the victory after Amirmohammad Zafardanesh secured a two-point lead with a successful raid that resulted in Patna Pirates’ second All-Out.

Devank, with 15 raid points, was named the Best Raider for Patna Pirates. Deepak, with 3 tackle points, was named the Best Defender. Ajit was rightfully awarded the Best Raider for U Mumba, while Sombir earned the Best Defender title.
