**Pune, Maharashtra:** A 35-year-old man, Soham Patel, was killed on the spot in a hit-and-run incident on Diwali night in Pune. The incident occurred when Patel was setting off firecrackers on the road. CCTV footage shows him walking towards the middle of the road when a speeding car struck him from the side, throwing him several meters away. The car did not stop after the collision.
