Hyderabad residents woke up to a misty morning on Sunday, November 3rd, 2024, with a blanket of smog covering the Hussain Sagar lake and Tank Bund area. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast that mist or haze is likely to persist throughout Monday, November 4th, with cloudy skies expected over the city.

The IMD also predicts light rain or drizzle in parts of the city towards the evening or night. Temperatures are expected to range between 32 degrees Celsius and 21 degrees Celsius.

In addition to the foggy conditions, a yellow alert has been issued for 10 districts in Telangana for Monday. Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning are anticipated in isolated areas of Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Mahabubabad, Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet, and Jogulamba Gadwal.
