Mon Nov 04 09:57:41 UTC 2024: ## Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) Results Announced: Over 1.8 Lakh Candidates Qualify

**Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh:** The Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) results for 2024 were announced today by Education Minister Nara Lokesh. A total of 1,87,256 candidates out of 3,68,661 who appeared for the exam have qualified, resulting in a pass percentage of 50.79%.

The exams were conducted between October 3rd and 21st, 2024. A total of 4,27,300 candidates applied for the TET, with 86.28% appearing for the test.

Minister Lokesh highlighted the state government’s commitment to fulfilling its promise to the youth and unemployed by releasing the results promptly. He also announced that a mega D.S.C (District Selection Committee) notification will be released soon, providing employment opportunities for qualified teachers.
