**Yibin City, China** – The Nanxi Happy Pastoral Wild Hotel Treehouse, designed by WH studio, is not just a hotel, it’s an experience. This unique structure, inspired by the natural elegance of Ginkgo biloba leaves, offers guests a chance to commune with nature in a way never before imagined.

The treehouse, a 2.0 version of the successful Xianghu Treehouse, takes inspiration from the leaf’s structure. The designer, seeking to emulate the balance between light reception and wind resistance, created a building that boasts a fan-shaped floor plan with staggered guest rooms at different heights.

The treehouse’s architectural form mimics the forked vein structure of Ginkgo biloba leaves. The design also includes a network of “leaf-veined” structural columns supporting the cantilevered floors, creating a suspended, airy feel.

The treehouse’s cantilevered design, inspired by the leaf’s ability to withstand wind and rain, evokes a sense of floating amongst the branches. Each of the three buildings contains six guest rooms at different elevations, with the highest floor level being 14.4m. The buildings are also equipped with two evacuation stairs, one hidden and one visible, providing guests with different climbing paths.

“The ancients said, I want to go back by the wind, but afraid of the loneliness in the heaven palaces,” explains the designer. “The heaven palaces may be too high and cold, and the tree house experience which is natural, neither a cluster nor a solitary place may be more pleasant.”

The Nanxi Happy Pastoral Wild Hotel Treehouse promises an experience that is both serene and invigorating, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the natural world while enjoying the comforts of modern luxury.
