**Belagavi, Karnataka -** The city is gearing up for the grand celebration of Karnataka Rajyotsava on November 1st, 2024, with lakhs of people expected to participate. To ensure smooth traffic flow during the procession and festivities, the Belagavi authorities have implemented a series of traffic restrictions and parking arrangements.
**Traffic Restrictions:**
* **Heavy Vehicle Ban:** All types of heavy vehicles will be prohibited from entering Belagavi city from 5:00 AM on November 1st to 2:00 AM on November 2nd.
* **Two-wheeler Restrictions:** Two-wheelers will not be allowed on the procession route from 5:00 AM on November 1st to 2:00 AM on November 2nd.
* **Diversions:** Three-wheelers and light vehicles will be diverted through alternative routes based on their entry points.

* **Vehicles from Goa and Khanapur:** Take a left turn near Globe Circle and proceed through Sharqat Park, Shaurya Circle, Mahatma Gandhi Circle, Hindalaga Ganesha Mandir, Hindalaga Road, Forest Naka, and Bauxite Road to the National Highway.
* **Vehicles from Jijamata Circle, Deshpande Petrol Pump towards Naragundakar Bhave Chowk:** Take a left turn near Pimpal Katta and proceed via Patil Galli, Shanimandir, and Station Road to Khanapur Road.
* **Vehicles from Old PB Road towards Khanapur:** Take a right turn from Jijamata Circle and proceed through Circuit House, Ashoka Circle, Kanakadas Circle to the National Highway.
