**New Delhi:** Dr. Bibek Debroy, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council and a prominent economist, passed away on Friday morning at the age of 69. The AIIMS Delhi confirmed his death, attributing it to an intestinal obstruction.
