**Badaun, October 29, 2024:** The city of Badaun witnessed a wave of religious fervor on Tuesday as devotees celebrated the occasion at several Balaji temples. The Sri Balaji Bhakt Mandali, a local group of devotees, adorned the Balaji Maharaj with a lavish attire and offered special offerings at the Sri Shiv Shakti Om Temple on Tehsil Mod. Following this, the devotees performed rituals and worshipped the deity. The celebrations included a traditional bhog (offering), aarti (prayer), and chanting of the Hanuman Chalisa, accompanied by other religious events. The day concluded with the distribution of prasad (sacred food) amongst the devotees.
The celebrations were not limited to the Sri Shiv Shakti Om Temple. Devotees also observed the occasion at other prominent Balaji shrines, including the Shiv Shakti Bhavan Temple, Sankat Mochan Darbar, and Balaji Dham in Gudhani-Khousara. At each location, the deity was adorned with grandeur, followed by aarti and the distribution of prasad.
The celebrations were attended by several devotees, including prominent members of the Sri Balaji Bhakt Mandali such as Saurabh Devlal, Nishant Devlal, Jitendra Sharma, Ritik, Rishabh, Pranjal Devlal, and Manak Maheshwari.
