Thu Oct 31 13:10:00 UTC 2024: ## Trump Poised for “Narrow Landslide” Victory: Conway Predicts Tight Race for White House
With just two weeks until Election Day, the race for the White House between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris remains neck and neck, according to new polls. However, Kellyanne Conway, Trump’s 2016 campaign manager, is predicting a “narrow landslide” victory for her former client.
Conway, a Fox News contributor, bases her prediction on recent polls showing Trump winning key swing states by small margins. “He can run the tables in these seven swing states,” she said on her Fox Nation show, “Here’s the Deal.” A recent Wall Street Journal poll even shows Trump ahead of Harris by two points. This is significant, as in 2020, Joe Biden held a nine-point lead over Trump at this stage of the campaign.
A national poll conducted by Fox Nation shows Trump and Harris tied at 48% of the popular vote. This marks a decline for Harris, who led Trump by 49% to 46% in a similar poll in early October.
Despite the close race, Conway remains confident in Trump’s ability to win. “Trump gets the extra 12,000 there, an extra 8,000 there, 44,000 there. If he wins five, even six of them, that’s a narrow landslide,” she explained.
With early voting underway, the race is expected to be tight, and both campaigns are intensifying their efforts in key battleground states. To gain further insights into the state of the race, viewers can tune in to “Here’s the Deal with Kellyanne” on Fox Nation.
