**New Delhi, India -** Apple has launched its latest Mac mini, powered by the new M4 and M4 Pro chips, marking a significant milestone as the company’s first carbon-neutral Mac. The compact and efficient desktop boasts improved performance and new AI features, making it an attractive option for both everyday users and professionals.

The M4 chip delivers up to 1.8 times faster CPU and 2.2 times faster GPU performance than its predecessor, the M1. For demanding workloads, the M4 Pro offers even greater power with 14 CPU cores and 20 GPU cores, handling tasks like 3D rendering up to three times faster than the M2 Pro.

The new Mac mini also introduces “Apple Intelligence,” a system that leverages AI for on-device speech-to-text, image generation, and a smarter Siri experience. It also integrates with ChatGPT in December, providing users with a more intelligent assistant. Apple prioritizes privacy by processing tasks on-device and utilizing secure cloud computing for complex operations.

In terms of connectivity, the M4 model features three Thunderbolt 4 ports, while the M4 Pro comes equipped with Thunderbolt 5 for faster data transfers. Both models support multiple high-resolution displays, with the M4 version capable of connecting to two 6K monitors and one 5K display, and the M4 Pro supporting up to three 6K displays.

The new Mac mini is also the first fully carbon-neutral Apple product, reducing greenhouse gas emissions by over 80% compared to previous models. The device is crafted from recycled aluminum, gold, and rare earth elements, aligning with Apple’s commitment to achieving complete carbon neutrality by 2030.

The new Mac mini comes preloaded with macOS Sequoia, which introduces iPhone Mirroring, allowing users to access their iPhone apps and notifications directly on the Mac. The update also features improvements to Safari, including a smarter Reader mode and a dedicated video viewer.

Priced at Rs 59,900 for the M4 model and Rs 1,49,900 for the M4 Pro, the new Mac mini is available for pre-order now and will be available for purchase starting November 8. Apple is also offering new USB-C accessories, including Magic Keyboards, Magic Mouse, and Magic Trackpad. Customers can purchase the new Mac mini directly from Apple’s official website and through the Apple Store app, with the option of utilizing Personal Setup for assistance with their new device.
