**Dehradun, [Date]** – The Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) is expected to release the answer key for the Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test (UTET) 2024 soon. The exam was held on October 24th in two shifts, with 150 questions worth one mark each.

Candidates who appeared for the UTET 2024 can download the provisional answer key from the official UBSE UTET websites, ukutet.com and ubse.uk.gov.in, once released.

Candidates can review their answers by accessing the PDF file of the answer key and are advised to save a copy for future reference.

Objections to the answer key can be submitted within the allotted time frame by emailing secyutet@gmail.com. All objections must be supported with relevant documentation. Following a review by subject matter experts, an updated final answer key will be published if required.

Once the final answer key is confirmed, UBSE will proceed with evaluating the OMR sheets and subsequently publishing the UTET results on its website. Successful candidates will receive a certificate-cum-marksheet by registered mail.

To pass the UTET, candidates must score a minimum of 60% (90 out of 150) for the general category. The qualifying percentage for OBC, PWD, and former service candidates is 50% (75 marks), while SC and ST candidates must score 40% (60 marks).

The UTET qualification allows successful candidates to teach upper primary school students in Uttarakhand.
