**Lucknow, India** – The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) is expected to release the results for the police constable examination this week. The results will be made available on the official website, uppbpb.gov.in.
Over 4.8 million candidates, including 630,481 from other states, participated in the re-examination held across 1,174 centres in 67 districts over five days in August. The examination was conducted to fill 60,244 vacant positions.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had previously announced on X (formerly Twitter) that the results would be declared by the end of October. He stressed the importance of ensuring transparency and fairness in the recruitment process.
Candidates who appeared for the examination are advised to regularly check the UPPRPB website for updates.
