**New Delhi:** The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the exam dates for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025. The exam will be held in two phases, the first session scheduled between **January 22 and 31, 2025** and the second session in **April 2025**.
**Registration open until November 22:** The application process for JEE Main 2025 commenced today, October 28, and will remain open until November 22. Candidates can register for the first session through the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. Results for the first session will be declared on **February 12, 2025**.
**Key Changes for JEE Main 2025:**
* The optional questions in Section B have been scrapped from the JEE Main 2025 paper.
* The NTA also announced the exam dates for NEET UG and CUET.
**Previous Year Statistics:** In 2024, JEE Main was conducted in January and April, with a total of 12,21,624 candidates registering for the January session and 11,79,569 candidates registering for the April session. This year witnessed a significant increase in registrations compared to the previous years.
