The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the schedule for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2025, with registration opening today, October 28th. The exam will be conducted in two sessions, the first in January 2025 and the second in April 2025.
**Key Dates for Session 1:**
* **Registration:** October 28th to November 22nd, 2024 (11:50 PM)
* **Fee Payment Deadline:** November 22nd, 2024 (11:50 PM)
* **Exam City Announcement:** First week of January 2025
* **Admit Card Download:** 3 days before the exam
* **Exam Dates:** Between January 22nd and January 31st, 2025
* **Result Declaration:** By February 12th, 2025
**Exam Format Changes:**
* JEE Mains 2025 will **not** have optional questions.
* The paper will consist of 75 questions, 25 each from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, totaling 300 marks.
**Other Important Information:**
* The NTA exam calendar for NEET UG, CUET UG, and UGC NET 2025 is yet to be released and will be available on the NTA website (nta.ac.in).
* JEE Mains 2025 will be conducted in 13 languages: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
