Mon Oct 28 06:59:24 UTC 2024: ## Lamborghini Faces Backlash After Gautam Singhania’s Public Outcry Over Revuelto Service Issues

**Mumbai, India:** Gautam Singhania, Chairman and Managing Director of Raymond’s, known for his luxurious lifestyle and impressive car collection, has publicly called out Lamborghini for their lack of customer service. The billionaire businessman took to social media on Sunday, expressing his disappointment with the Italian luxury car manufacturer’s response to the issues he has encountered with his recently purchased Lamborghini Revuelto.

Singhania, a well-known car enthusiast, expressed his shock at the “arrogance” of Lamborghini India Head Sharad Agarwal and Asia Head Francesco Scardaoni. He lamented the lack of communication and support he has received from the company despite facing problems with his brand new supercar. The Revuelto reportedly experienced an electrical issue, causing it to break down on a Mumbai road just 15 days after purchase.

Singhania’s post, which included a scathing critique of the company’s customer service and a direct tag to Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann, has garnered significant attention online. Many users expressed their surprise and dismay at the lack of customer support from a brand known for its exclusivity and premium pricing.

“It’s shocking that such a renowned luxury brand can treat its customers with such disregard,” commented one user, while another echoed this sentiment, highlighting the irony of “paying crores for a car only to receive such an experience.”

Singhania’s extensive car collection includes other high-end vehicles such as a Ferrari 458, Audi Q7, LP570 Superleggera, Nissan Skyline GT-R, and Lamborghini Gallardo. He has also been known to pursue his passion for automobiles by racing Formula One cars in France.

With the growing popularity of luxury cars in India, Lamborghini’s response to Singhania’s concerns will be closely watched. It remains to be seen if the company will address his grievances and take steps to improve its customer service approach in India.
