**Chennai, [Date]** – The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has released the results for the Group 4 exam today. The exam was conducted on June 9th for filling 6,724 vacancies in various government departments, including ministerial posts, boards, forest service, and public sector organizations. Over 1.5 million candidates appeared for the exam out of 2 million applicants.

Following demands from various stakeholders, the TNPSC added 480 more vacancies, bringing the total to 6,724. In a further move, an additional 2,208 vacancies have been added, bringing the total number of positions to be filled to 8,932.

The TNPSC’s meeting this morning concluded with the decision to release the results. Candidates can now access their results on the official TNPSC websites, tnpscresults.tn.gov.in and tnpscexams.in.
