**Srinagar, October 16** – The Group of Concerned Citizens (GCC) of Jammu and Kashmir has issued an urgent appeal to the Chief Secretary and Divisional Commissioner Jammu, calling for immediate relief to be sent to fire victims in the village of Mulwarwan, Warwan Valley, Kishtwar.
The GCC highlights the imminent threat of wet weather in the coming weeks, which could potentially close the Margan Top road, the sole access route to the Warwan and Marwah areas of Kishtwar district. This would leave the fire-affected residents without vital supplies and access to aid.
The GCC stresses the need for swift action, emphasizing the urgency of providing relief material and cash assistance to the affected families before the onset of inclement weather.
